Deep in the countryside along small country lanes, Summerleaze is surrounded by quaint villages and country pubs and yet only 5 miles from Taunton's extensive shopping facilities. Just 2-3 hours by car from London & Birmingham, 1 hour from Bristol with Taunton railway station 5 miles. M5 & A303 just 5 miles.

A LOVELY, COMFORTABLE & RELAXING PLACE TO STAY
The Barn has its own private driveway, gravelled parking, paved sitting area with a table & 4 chairs and loungers overlooking fields and grazing horses.

You enter under a delightful natural stone, green oak framed porch with a glass roof, into the delightful ground floor area where there is a large open plan sitting room and dining area, the fully equipped kitchen, a cloaks area, and the wetroom. There is comfortable seating for four, fireplace, coffee table, digital TV with freeview & video, pine corner cupboard, cane baker?s tray & cane magazine rack, side table and table lamp, large flokati rug, large rustic wall mirror and decorative wall prints. Oak dining table and 4 dining chairs.

Upstairs is the spacious landing, which serves as a peaceful additional sitting area or office space overlooking the fields, with a pine roll-top desk, desk chair and lounge chair. Free broadband wifi. Radio/CD player.

The main bedroom features a large double bed (5 ft), dressing table and mirror with dressing stool, a wardrobe and chair. The second bedroom features two single beds, and two large chests of drawers, one with a mirror. Both bedrooms have bedside tables & lamps and soft natural wool rugs. Both feature picturesque wall & ceiling beams rising to the high-pitched roof, and velux windows overlooking the fields.

The wet room on the ground floor features a walk-in shower area with shower curtain and electric shower, washbasin & WC, heated towel rail and wall-mounted fan heater with plenty of surface space for toiletries. We provide a bath towel and hand towel set for each guest.

HORSES WELCOME
Summerleaze has a superb equestrian facility: an American barn with 5 boxes; a 50 foot indoor round pen (ideal for exercising, especially in bad weather); and a small turn-out area. We have around 17 acres of paddocks.
